About

The CPP puts the health and safety of Oregon communities and local economies first.

The CPP will reduce pollution from Oregon’s largest oil and gas companies and create a large community fund that will go directly to those who have been the most impacted by climate-related disasters.

This powerful program represents a meaningful win for Oregon communities, especially Black, Indigenous, people of color, those with low-income or disabilities, seniors and children, and our rural and coastal communities who have for too long borne the brunt of climate impacts.
